100% of sale proceeds donated to The National Migraine Centre

We are so excited announce that we have a series of limited edition prints for sale by Brighton illustrator Sarah J Holland. Her gorgeous illustration brilliantly captures the warmth of The Feminist Bookshop and we are so proud to have this on our walls.

There are just 25 large prints and 75 small, each numbered and signed by Sarah. The perfect gift for this festive season and all the sale proceeds go to Sarah's chosen charity.  

Sarah shared with us why she wanted to work with the bookshop to raise funds for The National Migraine Centre:

"I am so proud to partner with The Feminist Bookshop in Brighton.

It's a cause that's so close to my heart. Not only is this independent bookshop an essential and beautiful space, but all of the proceeds will go to The National Migraine Centre. 

2020 was crazy enough, but this year I was disabled by debilitating daily migraines which led to 4 months off work. I am still recovering. I had never had an attack before, and suddenly my existence was floored by them. I had no idea how terrifying and intense they could be.

Migraine is an invisible disability and complex neurological condition which is so common yet so misunderstood, and it can be incredibly isolating.

The NHS is amazing but due to the systems in place, I didn't get the specialist help I so badly needed. 

The stellar work that The National Migraine Centre does in helping migraineurs feel listened to and supported by a qualified neurologist is totally essential.

It's a tough time for charities and the National Migraine Centre has had a dip in donations lately, and it's only a small organisation, so they need all the support they can get. All these limited edition prints are signed by the artist and are printed on high quality recycled paper. They start at just £7.50, and are available in small and large, framed and unframed."
