Beryl Cook: Going Out (Foiled Journal)
This beautiful journal features Beryl Cook: Going Out. British Artist Beryl Cook produced vivid oil paintings, which immediately became popular where she lived in Plymouth and let her to exhibit in London galleries continuously for thirty-two years.
Cook painted with passion, putting her heart and soul into every piece and in doing so captured a completely original style that was instantly recognisable. Her flamboyant and extrovert characters encompass the absurdities of human behaviour with warmth and humour.
The cover is printed on foil in five colours, embossed, then foil stamped. It includes a pocket at the back for receipts and scraps, two bookmarks and a solid magnetic side flap.
